Terms of Services

Procedure
+ Contact me through social media or email.
+ HALF of the total payment must be made in advance, and the OTHER HALF after receiving and approving the sketch.
+ Review the finished illustration.
+ Done! I will send the finished product through email.
General Rules
+ I have the right to decline your commission if it does not fit my criteria.
+ If payment isn’t given within maximum of TWO week of the initial commission email, I will cancel your commission and I will notify you.
+ Any commission that does not fall within the commission categories can be discussed, feel free to email or message me on any of my social media accounts.
Commissions will be finished within 1 week to 1 month.
+ Will do on a first come first serve basis.
Prohibited Themes
+ I will decline your commission if it falls within any of these categories. + Do not ask for exceptions.
+ NSFW/ R18.
+ Another person’s artstyle
+ Overly muscular characters
+ Plus sized characters
+ Furry (animal ears are okay)
Pricing
+ The pricing is a general guide. It will be subject to change according to :
+ Commercial usage will be charged double.
+ Complexity of character design.
+ Complexity of background, if any.
+ Drawing your character based on written description.
+ Only a maximum of 3 characters allowed in a canvas.
+ Default currency is in USD. + Local pricing in MYR will be subject to current currency exchange rates.
Payment
+ Payment can be made via PayPal or local bank-ins. Local bank-ins are for Malaysians only.
+ Local Bank-ins: A receipt is required as proof for local bank-ins.
+ Do not send in payment until I have accepted your commission. I will send an invoice beforehand for PayPal.
Revisions
+ You may ask me for a maximum of three(3) revisions for the sketch.
+ Once finished, I will not entertain any revision requests unless it was my mistake.
I will only proceed with the lineart once the sketch is approved by you.
Refunds
+ No refunds once I have started on the sketch for your commission and it has been approved.
Copyright / Usage
+ I have the rights to use your commission piece for personal use such as posting the smaller version of the commission product in any of my social media, along with mentioning the commissioner’s name / alias.
+ As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
+ Upload the artwork anywhere you want with non-profitable purposes. Credit my work where credit is due.
You are not allowed to:
+ Change, modify etc my works without my permission.
+ Claim the artwork as yours.
+ Commercial commissions: You have full ownership of the work. However, please credit me as the artist.
+ If you wish your commission not to be uploaded anywhere on social media, please do note me beforehand.
